Asesoria a clientes que utilizan el servicio de internet. Es necesario que tengan el siguiente conocimiento:

Configuraciones Dial - up.
Configuracion correos electronicos.
Configuraciones sistemas operativos..
Reparacion de equipo de computacion.
Configuracion de router, switch,  como minimo. (cable modem - turbonett )
Ingles tecnico minimo 50 %.
Terminologia de internet
Terminologia de REdes.
REdes, LAN, WAN, MAN.
